By David Rogers. BOONE, N.C. — Watauga women’s cross country team claimed 10 of 13 all-conference nods, according to the poll released on Nov. 14 by the Northwestern Conference. Gwendolyn Anderson of Watauga was named “Runner of the Year” while head coach Randy McDonough laid claim to “Coach of the Year” honors.
