BOONE, N.C. — After dominating league play in the Northwestern Conference during the 2022 season, Watauga saw seven of its Pioneers gain all-conference recognition, the league announced on Nov. 14. Sienna Davidson topped the list as “Player of the Year” while her head coach, Jennifer Pillow, was named “Coach of the Year.”
