BOONE, N.C. — Alexander Central’s Meredith Wike and head coach Brent Durmire swept the Northwestern Conference individual honors as “Player of the Year” and “Coach of the Year,” respectively, and led the Cougars to the regular season conference championship, but South Caldwell led all schools with four all-conference selections, followed by Watauga and ACHS with three each, and Hibriten with two.
